Download the program to get assistance

Install RustDesk on your computer with one click. It is already connected to our systems: no account to create, and the technician can see and use your computer only while you are present and only after you have read them the code.

Installing on Windows

after downloading the file
  1. Run the downloaded file
Double-click RustDesk-dgblend-Setup.exe. One file works for both Intel/AMD PCs and the new ARM PCs.
  2. If the blue Windows warning appears (SmartScreen)
Do this:click More info, then Run anyway.
This warning is normal only if you downloaded the file from download.dgblend.net during a call with us. If it arrived by email, WhatsApp or from another website, do not open it.
  3. Confirm the account control prompt
When asked "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" answer Yes.
  4. Wait for the installation to finish
RustDesk installs and connects to our systems by itself. There is nothing to set up.
  5. Give the ID and password to the technician
Open RustDesk if it is not already open and read the two values to the technician.

Installing on Mac

after downloading the file
  1. Open the downloaded file
Double-click RustDesk-dgblend.pkg in your Downloads folder.
  2. If macOS says it cannot verify the developer
Do this:go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the bottom and click Open Anyway next to the file. On older macOS versions, right-click the file → Open. This is needed only the first time.
This warning is normal only if you downloaded the file from download.dgblend.net during a call with us. If it arrived by email, WhatsApp or from another website, do not open it.
  3. Enter your Mac password
It is the password you use to log in to the computer. It is needed to complete the installation.
  4. Open RustDesk and grant the permissions
Open it from Applications or Launchpad. If asked, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and enable Screen Recording and Accessibility for RustDesk, then reopen the app.
  5. Give the ID and password to the technician
You will find them in the RustDesk window. See the box below.

During the session

The technician will ask you for the two values shown in the RustDesk window. Tell them by voice, during the call already scheduled.

ID: 123 456 789  ·  Password: a1b2c3 (example)

Only with your consent

Nobody can connect without the code you see on your screen.

The password changes every time

A new one is generated for each session: the old one no longer works.

Stop whenever you want

During the session a box shows the name of who is connected: click Disconnect to end it immediately. On Windows, closing just the main window is not enough.

How to recognise genuine dgBlend support

We are the ones who schedule the session

dgBlend never calls out of the blue asking you to install programs or read out codes. If you receive such a call, hang up and call us back on our official numbers:

The code is given by voice

Give the ID and password only by voice, to the technician you already have an appointment with. Never by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and never to someone who contacts you first.

The program comes only from here

Download the program only from download.dgblend.net. If an installer arrives by email or chat, even in our name, do not open it and let us know.
